This Privacy Policy describes how iNtegra Counselling (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of users of our website and online services (together, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Services where this Privacy Policy is referenced, regardless of how you access or use them, including through our website, mobile applications, APIs, widgets, buttons, plugins, embeds, advertisements, or other means.
Information We Collect
We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services.
– Information You Provide to Us. We collect personal information you provide to us, for example when you create an account, contact us with inquiries, request counseling services, complete surveys, or sign up for our newsletter. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, location, details about your marital situation, and any other information you choose to provide.
– Automatically Collected Information. This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics script, so reading it stores nothing on your device. If our own page alerts are switched on, one small request leaves the browser after a page has finished loading. It carries the page you are reading and its title, the web address you came from, the pages of ours you opened in that tab, a rough device type with the browser and operating system family, your screen and window size, your connection type, your browser language list and time zone, and a random label that exists only on your device and only for that visit. It carries no name, no contact detail, no exact model identifiers, and nothing about what you read anywhere else. The enquiry form on the contact page is a separate questionnaire service: what you type there reaches them and us, and is not used for advertising.
– Information from Third Party Sources. We may collect information about you from third party sources, such as social media sites when you connect with or share information from our Services through them. We may also receive information about you when you sign in to our Services through Single Sign On features or applications.

How We Share Information
– Service Providers. We work with third party service providers to help us operate, provide, maintain, and improve our Services. These service providers may have access to or process personal information for these purposes.
– As Required by Law. We may disclose your information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation, operating agreement, or pursuant to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
– Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
– To Protect Rights and Safety. We may share your information if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, or violations of our Terms of Service.

– Accessing and Updating Your Information. If you have registered for an account with us, you may review and update certain account information by logging into your account. If you wish to deactivate your account, please email us at info@integracounselling.com.
– Your Privacy Rights. In some jurisdictions, you may have the right to request access to or receive information about the personal data we maintain about you, update or correct inaccuracies in that data, obtain a copy of your data, restrict or object to our use of your data, or have your data deleted.
Data Retention and Account Termination
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law.
You may terminate your account by submitting a deletion request to info @integracounselling.com . Please be aware account termination does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your information from our systems or backups. We may retain archived copies of your information as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes.
Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you provide to us.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to keep it up to date with legal requirements and the ways we use your information. If there are material changes to the way we collect, use, or share your personal information, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
